WORKSHOP FOR THE ENGLISH DEPARTMENT
The English department was visited by the neurosicoeducator and Oxford international teacher trainer, Lucrecia Prat Gay, who exposed and talked with the teachers of English about the topic “Games: another way of engaging the emotional brain”. A game is an activity with rules, a goal and an element of fun, either competitive or co-operative. Games improve students’ fluency, nourish their range of vocabulary and encourage social interaction to improve learning.
El departamento de ingles de nuestro colegio recibió la visita de la destacada neurosicoeducadora argentina Lucrecia Prat Gay, quien durante una hora expuso y converso con los docentes sobre el tema “Games: another way of engaging the emotional brain!”, enfatizando que los juegos mejoran la fluidez de los estudiantes, nutren su vocabulario y motivan la interacción social propiciando el ambiente para un mejor aprendizaje.
